Busch Gardens Virginia and water country usa or Universal studios in Florida?

Ok im going on vacation with my parents and best friend in august and we cant decide on where to go. my friend and i are both 15 yrs old and we’ve never been to florida before and ive really wanted to go for awhile but there are some problems gas prices are reallly high (we would be driving and we live in wv) we would also probably have to spend the night on the way up there because its like 15 hours if we do go should we go to disney world or universal studios and island of adventure (i also heard it wasnt verry big) and what beaches should we go to (my dad and mom want to go to key west soo is there anything to do there for 15 yr old girls?)
now If we go to virginia beach, it will be my 3rd time going but its much closer than florida (only about 6 hours) We are pretty familiar with the town and kinda be doing the same thing (we might try parisailing also there are TONS of jelly fish every time we go but we would be going to Busch gardens and water country usa and ive been to
water country usa before but not busch gardens! is it fun? i lLOVEEEE BIG RIDES!! ill ride anything and everything!
